A miracle premature sick baby, born at 23 weeks, weighing only 400 grams, was forced to stay in Dubai after the hospital told the British father that they wouldn’t release her until her parents paid £100,000 bill.
I worked closely with Azhar Saleem to support the appeal set up multiple press interviews. The campaign received extensive national and international coverage in over 54 titles including the Mail online, Metro and Birmingham Mail and international coverage in the Australian and US media too.

The campaign was discovered at just £100 and after pitched saw a return of over £25,000.
After all the media coverage the family was approached by an anonymous donor who settled the whole £100,000 bill and the family decided to refund donations.
