An urgent appeal for a much-loved family from Liverpool who sadly lost their daughter and then discovered that the potentially life-saving treatment that, 60-year-old, father of five, George Thompson needed to treat his rare liver cancer wasn’t available on the NHS.
I liaised closely with George’s wife Dot and issued a full release to the regional and national media. I secured extensive coverage both offline and online in the Liverpool Echo and secured national coverage in the Mail, The Mail on Sunday and the Mail Online.
