Former Emmerdale Star Leah Bracknell sadly died.
The TV star’s diagnosis came to light when I worked with her partner Jez on their GoFundMe page back in 2016 to raise money for her to undergo treatment overseas, due to a lack of options available on the NHS.
Over 3000 fans joined together to raise money for the page but sadly in August this year Leah was told her cancer treatment had stopped working.
