TV Chef, Tim Bilton (from the Great British Menu) who opened a fine dining restaurant and was on course for his first Michelin Star has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer which moved to his salvia glands and cruelly robbed him of his sense of taste.
I worked closely with the family friend who set up the fundraising page and the campaign received extensive regional coverage in the Yorkshire Press before PA ran nationally and generated coverage in the Mail and the Mirror.
