An appeal for an inspirational young mum from Manchester who was left unable to walk, talk or even see properly after she was struck down with a serious brain infection on the second day of her Caribbean holiday.
32-year-old, Cathrine Ndlovu had flown out on the dream holiday, with her elderly disabled mother, aunt and eight-year-old son, when she was struck down with the mystery illness.
I worked closely with Cathrine (who wasn’t able to speak) and her friend Kelly setting up a number of online interviews to help raise awareness of her appeal and issuing an official GoFundMe press release on her behalf. She was absolutely delighted with the positive response.
